1. 个人简历

张永强,博士,副教授,硕士生导师

19989月考入西南农业大学植物保护系植物保护专业,20027月获学士学位。20029月考入西南农业大学植物保护学院农业昆虫与害虫防治专业,20057月获硕士学位。20059月考入西南大学攻读农药学博士学位,主要从事植物源杀螨剂研究。20087月获得博士学位,并留校参加工作。担任本科生《植物化学保护学》、《农药生物测定》、《农药残留与分析》、《天然产物农药》等教学任务。承担部分博士研究生和硕士研究生专题教学任务。

2. 主要研究方向和课题

《果蔬保鲜减害的天然活性物纳米制剂》获得2020年度“川渝产学研创新成果奖”一等奖,第一完成人。

《植物性螨类控制剂的开发研究与应用》获得2009农业部“中华农业科技奖”二等奖第二完成人;

土壤修复对作物根茎病害防控作用的研究与应用获得2013农业部“中华农业科技奖”三等奖第二完成人;

指导的研究生团队获得2019年第五届“纳米之星”创新创业大赛团队组优胜奖

指导的研究生团队获得2020年第六届全国“纳米之星”大赛西部赛区选拔赛一等奖

指导的研究生团队获得2021年《生物质基纳米保鲜剂》获得“嘉陵融创”西部纳米技术创新创业大赛企业组一等奖。

 

国家发明专利6项,发表中英文论文60余篇。

主持和主研国家自然科学基金项目(306713923127205831601674)、科技部农业科技成果转化基金(2010GB2F100388),教育部新教师基金,重庆市社会民生项目,重庆市自然科学基金等。主编教材1部,副主编专著1部。

主要从事植物源农药研发和作用机理研究,侧重天然活性物质和刺吸式害虫的关系分析。目前已在青蒿,茵陈蒿,红豆杉,川楝,黄刺蛾等天然资源中发现活性成分10余种,其中六甲螨酸、甲氧香螨酯、姜黄素、商陆皂苷p、β-谷甾醇等效果优异,加工成纳米制剂后可以有效用于防治柑橘、豆科蔬菜、茄科蔬菜等的叶螨类害螨。

近年来专注于利用壳聚糖,CNC,海藻酸钠等纳米材料制备天然源的杀螨制剂,天然源杀螨纳米制剂有利于解决常规化学农药利用率低,持效期短,环境污染严重等问题。天然源杀螨纳米制剂以绿色无毒,廉价易得的植物多酚为壁材,在多酚的自组装过程中加入农药,一步法制备缓释纳米农药。该方法步骤简单,不需要乳化剂或者表面活性剂的参与,环境污染小,价格低廉。研究成果为靶向昆虫钙通道和钠钾离子通道受体开发新型通道阻滞剂提供理论依据,有望开发出以朱砂叶螨、蓟马通道受体为靶标的新型环境友好杀虫杀螨剂。
